Shipping and returns

SHIPPING 

Delivery time for Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the service you choose. We do not ship to the Canary Islands. 

For international shipments please send us an email to info@kauffmanjewelry.com

We do not ship during weekends, so orders received during the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.  

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email from our logistics center (Huboo) along with a code to track your order.  

The approximate cost of shipping is 5 euros, although the exact amount will be calculated at the end of the purchase. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

To return or exchange your order, please send us an email to info@kauffmanjewelry.com and our Customer Service team will inform you about the steps to follow. 

It is absolutely imperative that all products are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, or else no exchange will be possible. The cost of shipping will be borne by the client who must provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach us in perfect condition. We suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested exchange. 

The period to make an exchange is 15 calendar days from the delivery. 

We do not make returns of our products except in case of damage or defects, and always after the approval of our quality department. Shipping costs will be borne by the client.  

Returns will be accepted during the first 3 days after the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it meets the requirements. Once your return is accepted, we will immediately process the refund and send you a confirmation email.
